The Delta Police Foundation is a volunteer organization with committed volunteers willing to contribute to our community and the DPD. Directors are local community members and/or business owners.

The Delta Police Foundation occasionally accepts new membership applications.

If you are interested in joining, please contact Foundation President, Leslie Abramson, at abramson@telus.net to express your interest and to obtain further information.

Commitment

Delta Police Foundation Directors can expect to commit to:

• Monthly Foundation meetings (1-2 hours in length)

• Annual planning session

• Representing the Foundation at various events throughout the year

• Bringing in a community-minded attitude, with plenty of ideas to assist the Foundation in accomplishing its direction, through fundraising efforts and events!
